BOSS 2016

We’ve all been there – your group has killer arrangements, talented singers, a sick vocal percussionist BUT there’s one huge elephant in the room: inner group drama. There is nothing that can hurt a budding a cappella group more than dealing with turmoil – whether that be between group members, with the student government of your college/university, or even with another group at your school. In my class, we will discuss our personal aca-conflicts and presidents (or other group leaders) will learn actionable advice in order to solve issues small and large. This class will be meant as a “safe space” for group leaders to openly chat with each other and learn the best practices for handling any situation that distracts from the overall success of the group.
